WIP Nyan cat, Need advice here!

TADAAAA!! this was how far i got in the stream (Look what you guys missed!!) and yeah, this is just a sketch and a half done rendering on the face (needs more epic lights and stuff)
but anyways, Uncle fresia needs you! i'm wondering how i can make nyan cat look more terrifed by the spaceship behind him, he looks so scared in the sketch, but when i fixed up the anatomy (at least it's better now..) the expression kind of dulled :L so yeah, what should i do to make him look scared??

any other tips as well?? i'm asking for your opinion peps! btw, the colors of the rainbow and yellow dots are a bit off so no need in commenting that XD
